ParaGraph's VRML Sales Surpass 150,000 Units in 1996; Virtual Home Space Builder Leads VRML Authoring Market.


CAMPBELL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 29, 1997--ParaGraph International(R) Inc. today announced 1996 sales of over 150,000 units of its Virtual Home Space Builder(TM) (VHSB) software for creating 3D Internet Web sites.

These strong sales, which include direct and co-marketing sales with partners such as Broderbund, Corel, and Mitsubishi/People World in the U.S. and internationally, make VHSB the industry's best selling VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) A 3D graphics language used on the Web. After downloading a VRML page, its contents can be viewed, rotated and manipulated. Simulated rooms can be "walked into." The VRML viewer is launched from within the Web browser.  authoring tool.

VHSB allows users to quickly and easily create 3D multimedia home pages for the World Wide Web.
