Dr. Giffune joins PAR from the Rome City School District in Rome, NY, where he served as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and Administration from 1993 to 1995. Prior to this, he worked for PAR as Director, Training and Development. In this position, Dr. Giffune was a key contributor in developing the training programs for PAR's Total Quality Management (TQM (Total Quality Management) An organizational undertaking to improve the quality of manufacturing and service. Giffune received his B.A. and M.A. from Colgate University, and his Doctor of Education (Ed.D) from Boston University.
