Papers Invited for VOICE 2007, Verigy's 2nd Annual Conference for Users and Partners.

CUPERTINO, Calif. -- Verigy (NASDAQ:VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, has issued the call-for-papers for VOICE 2007, the second annual conference for Verigy customers and partners using the V93000 SOC Series and the V5000 Series of memory testers. Paper proposals are welcomed on the following topics: test techniques and methodologies; productivity tools and enhancements; production insights; memory test solutions; test standards; cost-effective RF test & manufacturing; and design for test. Abstracts must be submitted by May 1, 2007. VOICE 2007 will be held Dec. 4-5, 2007, in San Jose, Calif.

"Based on the strong showing of submissions last year, we expect even more of our customers will want to make their voices heard by submitting a paper this year."

To honor the best contributions to the conference, the VOICE 2007 Best Paper Award will be presented to the two best papers of the conference, as chosen by their peers.
