Society of Plastics Engineers, Automotive and Composites Divisions. A call for papers has been issued by the organizing committee for the SPE Automotive Composites Conference and Exhibition, to be held at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy, MI, September 15-17.

Organizers are actively seeking keynote addresses and session presentations on the use of composites in fuel cells and advanced batteries, and for mass reduction.

Applied Market Information Ltd. A call for papers has been issued by Applied Market Information Ltd. for Rotomolding 2009, the international technical and business conference and exhibition for the rotational molding industry, to be held November 2-4 in Barcelona, Spain.

Papers are invited on all aspects of rotational molding, including design and product development, new rotomolded products, materials, advances in processing technology (such as energy and cost reduction, mold pressurization and internal mold cooling), decorative effects, markets and trends, and legislation affecting the industry (such as toy safety and fuel permeability standards).
