Pantheon unveils ambitious plan to green-coat its portfolio.


New York-based owner/devloeper, Pantheon pantheon (păn`thēŏn', –thēən), term applied originally to a temple to all the gods. The

, has announced an ambitious plan to transform its portfolio.

The firm has engaged energy services leader, Intellicoat Technologies, to renovate and modernize mod·ern·ize

 each Pantheon property into an advanced "green" designed building, creating one of the real estate industry's most environmentally friendly Environmentally friendly, also referred to as nature friendly, is a term used to refer to goods and services considered to inflict minimal harm on the environment.[1]  and cost efficient property portfolios.

Under the terms of the agreement, Intellicoat will provide comprehensive energy services including energy audits and installation of Intellicoat's cost effective energy efficient roof coatings A roof coating is a monolithic, fully adhered, fluid applied roofing membrane. It has elastic properties that allows it to stretch and return to their original shape without damage.  at all Pantheon buildings, establishing a portfolio of completely green and environmentally sustainable properties.

The agreement comes on the heels of the tremendous energy savings success Intellicoat achieved at a pilot project completed for Pantheon at the developer's Miami Free Zone building campus in Doral, Florida The City of Doral is a former census-designated place and a newly-formed city located in north-central Miami-Dade County, Florida, west of Miami International Airport. The City of Doral takes its name from the famous golf and spa resort located within its municipal boundaries. , at which Intellicoat delivered energy savings of $.82 per square foot.
