Panini signs lease.


Panini Panini (pä`nēnē), fl. c.400 B.C., Indian grammarian. His Ashtādhyāyī [eight books] (tr. 1891) is one of the earliest works of descriptive linguistics and is also the first individually authored treatise on Sanskrit.  Cafe is set to inject some much-needed life into the downtown area surrounding Ground Zero, with its new 2,600-square-foot lease at 115 Broadway, a Class A office property also known as 2 Trinity Center.

On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  Tri-State Retail Services team of Loren Baron, David Green and Bradley Mendelson arranged the 15-year lease on behalf of Panini Card. The panini-style eatery, which currently operates another restaurant at 168 William Street, will be opening its second location in New York City New York City: see New York, city.
