Panini North America Adds Receipt Printing Capability to My Vision X(TM); Only Company to Offer an Integrated Check Scanner and Receipt Printer.

DAYTON, Ohio -- Panini North America is the first company to combine advanced check scanning capabilities and receipt printing into one device with the announcement of the Advanced Graphic Printing (AGP) capability on the Panini My Vision X(TM) scanner. AGP offers the ability to print up to four lines in two columns, and was specifically designed for customer receipt printing.

This new cost effective solution provides an additional component to the compelling business case for distributed image capture by eliminating the capital, maintenance, and supplies costs associated with a separate receipt printer. The AGP function continually validates items without the additional requirement for high priced roll-tape, and has already been adopted in a large bank environment by The Northern Trust Company.
