David Helwig David Helwig (born April 15, 1938) is a Canadian poet, novelist and essayist.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Helwig was raised in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. He earned a B.A. from the University of Toronto in 1960, and an M.A. from the University of Liverpool in 1962.
, president and chief executive officer of Blue Cross of California and Chris Wing, executive vice president of Health Net Inc. and president of Health Net of California will take part in a panel discussion on some of the critical issues facing health care insurers, employers and workers Tuesday, Jan. 13 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sheraton Universal hotel in Universal City.
