Palomar Technologies Moves to New Facility in Carlsbad, CA.

CARLSBAD, Calif. -- Location for Automated Precision Assembly Equipment Company Includes Process Development, Manufacturing, and International Headquarters

Palomar Technologies, leader in equipment and process development for precision microelectronic assembly, announced that it has moved to a 39,000 square foot facility in Carlsbad, California Carlsbad is a coastal resort-town in northern San Diego County, California. According to the state Department of Finance, the city had a total population of 90,271 in 2003. . The new plant will serve as international headquarters for Palomar Technologies, contain design and manufacturing space, a larger cleanroom, and an extensive applications, process development, and prototyping lab with advanced test and measurement capabilities. The new address is 2728 Loker Avenue West, Carlsbad, CA 92008. The phone 760-931-3660 and fax 760-931-3444 numbers remain unchanged.

"It was important for Palomar to acquire upgraded laboratory facilities for advanced R&D and applications development," said Kevin Conlon, president of Palomar Technologies. "These new facilities will better enable us to develop the equipment and process solutions required for the advanced applications under development by our customers, notably those which require a cleanroom."

Palomar's new office is located 35 miles north of San Diego San Diego (săn dēā`gō), city (1990 pop. 1,110,549), seat of San Diego co., S Calif., on San Diego Bay; inc. 1850. San Diego includes the unincorporated communities of La Jolla and Spring Valley.
