Palmer purchases division from H.D. patterns & matchplates.

Palmer Engineered Products Inc., Springfield, Ohio, acquired the Aluminum Permanent Mold Chainlock Division from H.D. Patterns & Matchplates Inc., New Hamburg, Ontario, Canada. The transaction includes pattern plate inventory, equipment and tooling.
