Patterns & Matchplates Inc., New Hamburg, Ontario, Canada. The transaction includes pattern plate inventory, equipment and tooling. "We believe that this large inventory acquisition now makes Palmer the largest in-stock supplier of pattern plates to the foundry industry," said Palmer President, Jack Palmer.
