Palmer purchases division from H.D. patterns & matchplates.


Palmer palmer: see pilgrim. Engineered Products Inc., Springfield, Ohio, acquired the Aluminum Permanent Mold Chainlock Division from H.D. Patterns & Matchplates Inc., New Hamburg, Ontario, Canada. The transaction includes pattern plate inventory, equipment and tooling.

"We believe that this large inventory acquisition now makes Palmer the largest in-stock supplier of pattern plates to the foundry industry," said Palmer President, Jack Palmer. "Providing JIT JIT - dynamic translation shipments to our customers is a priority, and we are pleased to offer the industry's largest inventory."
