Palladon Ventures Ltd.: Western Utah Copper Exploration Update.

SALT LAKE CITY -- Palladon Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:PLL)(FWB:PV1) in conjunction with its joint venture partner Western Utah Copper Company is pleased to provide the following update on activities of the WUCC Exploration Joint Venture (Exploration JV) in the Milford Mineral Belt in southwestern Utah.

Upon completion of a NI 43-101 technical report in September of 2005, the Exploration JV commenced a thorough review of historic exploration databases and focused on new drill targets in the Beaver Lake Mountains, followed by initial scout reverse circulation drilling to identify favorable target areas. Mapping and geochemical sampling activities were initiated and continue in order to validate historic information and fill in gaps in the data package. Over 5000 feet of reverse circulation drilling and 11,000 feet of core drilling have been completed. Assays are forthcoming.

Historic mining operations in the district have yielded various metals at various times and locations, but it is only recently that the near entirety of the district has come under the management of a single venture. The JV has now expanded the land position to over 100,000 acres of mineral rights on what is now the largest single land position in the historic Milford Mining District.

Widespread hydrothermal alteration on the JV property which hosts minor copper and base metal mineralization shows affinities to the margins of major porphyry copper systems. One core hole, BLW-C1, penetrated over 1,400 feet of classic quartz-sericite-pyrite alteration, much of which contained from 10-35% pyrite, in an area never before drilled for porphyry copper. Drilling also is supplying evidence that relatively recent structural events have relocated large geologic blocks, indicating that the surface geology may not be reflective of the subsurface. Geological reconstructions are in progress to identify drill targets in the footwalls of these structures to identify and determine further exploration potential.

Palladon and Western Utah Copper Company also have a separate JV ("The Development JV"), focused on the redevelopment of the Maria and Hidden Treasure Mines. The Development JV also hosts a number of nearby historic mines, some of which, along with Maria and Hidden Treasure, were the subject of a 1998 feasibility study. The "Exploration JV" is responsible for expanding the areas around the original land package and is actively exploring porphyry copper targets in under-explored areas of the Milford District.

This exploration work is under the direction of Mr. Mark Dotson of the Western Utah Copper Company with the assistance and consultation of Dr. Roger C. Steininger. Dr. Steininger, an independent geological consultant with over 35 years experience in the Great Basin and in porphyry-style ore deposits, serves as the qualified person under the criteria of National Instrument 43-101.
