Metropolitan Life/The Enterprise Foundation has selected Palladia's Hill House, a permanent supportive housing program for formerly homeless individuals and those living with HIV/AIDS HIV/AIDS Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome , as a national finalist in recognition of excellence in program services in affordable housing. On October 26, the Albert and Mildred Dreitzer Treatment Center for Women and Children and Mildred Dreitzer Families' Supportive Housing received the US Department of Health and Human Services Noun 1. Department of Health and Human Services - the United States federal department that administers all federal programs dealing with health and welfare; created in 1979 Health and Human Services, HHS , Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMSHA SAMSHA Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration ).
