Palisades tastes sweet success.

Palisades Financial, through its Palisades Regional Investment Fund (PRIF), has provided first, second and third mortgage loans for the initial operating expenses for Sugar Flake of Fair Lawn, LLC and Lean On Me Baking Company, LLC.

David McLain, CIO, Palisades Financial was responsible for this transaction. "We are pleased to be able to provide funding for these two growing businesses in northern New Jersey. At Palisades Financial, we work hard to find future business leaders and to provide them with the financing commitment to get their businesses to the next level," commented David McLain.
