A magnificent feature of the new Pala Mesa Resort is the recently opened AquaTerra restaurant. AquaTerra's chef Terry Morrow Terry Morrow (born October 22, 1963) is a Communication Studies professor at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. Morrow was elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives in November of 2006. Morrow has also served on the St. Peter School Board for several years.  showcases California coastal cuisine in a menu that includes an extensive variety of fresh fish, steaks and poultry with infused flavors, innovative ingredients and beautiful presentations. AquaTerra is a great gathering spot for lunch, or for those on their way back home from work in San Diego or Temecula. It's also perfect after a company retreat or after a meeting with our on-site wedding coordinator.
