Pair forms partnership to provide detailed foreclosure research.

PropertyShark.com, the real estate investment data site, announced it has formed a strategic alliance with TitleVest, a leading provider of title insurance, cooperative apartment lien searches, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges, to offer its services to PropertyShark.com users.

Previously these services were only available to an exclusive circle of professional title and abstract firms, but with this alliance, the services will now be made available to the general public via PropertyShark.com.

The first product group to be launched under this agreement is the "Detailed Foreclosure Research" product set, allowing serious foreclosure investors to dig deeper into government records and identify problems in the chain of title or liens against the property, which could expose the investor to extreme risk.

The new products will be accessible by subscribers to PropertyShark.com's foreclosure service, NYC's premier data source for foreclosure and pre-foreclosure data, which is integrated with PropertyShark.com's photographs, ownership information, maps, and phone numbers.
