Child Artists converged on Washington DC from all around the world for the five-day 2003 International ChildArt Festival. World-acclaimed author and Blue Dog artist George Rodrigue George Rodrigue (b. March 13, 1944), is a Cajun artist who grew up in New Iberia, Louisiana.
