The multi-year agreement marks the first time that the firm has sponsored a network college basketball package. Since Raycom began televising the ABC college basketball package in 1991-92, 46 different teams from nine conferences and one independent have appeared on the schedule. Raycom has televised 104 games in its four seasons on ABC and each year the previous season's NCAA NCAA
National Collegiate Athletic Association championship squad has been included on the schedule. Last season, Raycom won the regular-season college basketball ratings race 2.5 to 2.4 over CBS (Cell Broadcast Service) See cell broadcast. .
