Page International Announces Service Agreement With Chaby International.

PADUCAH, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 1998--Page International, Inc. (OTC BB:PGII) has entered into an exclusive services agreement with Chaby International to service and maintain its umbrella displays which are located in the Eckerd Drug chain.

This service arrangement will expand the Company's service opportunities to accounts beyond Page's own products, and provide additional income generating opportunities.

In addition to the service, Page will be testing a Collegiate Umbrella program in 250 Eckerd stores beginning in May of 1998 and currently has the program in 173 Dollar General Stores. Page International will own, sell and service these displays. If these tests prove successful, the program will be expanded to the entire Eckerd and Dollar General chains, totaling 6,000 stores. Gross revenue from this program is anticipated to be $1,500,000 for 1998.

Chaby is one of the premier umbrella companies in the U.S. They were founded in 1962 and are known for providing quality umbrellas at attractive prices.

The alliance formed with Chaby is one of the strategies Page is implementing in its efforts to diversify its product lines. This diversification will enable the Company to offer a more complete product mix with full service capabilities to our present and future customers. -0- NOTE TO EDITORS: Forward looking statements in this release are made pursuant to the "safe harbor" provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.
