Packeteer's compliance with Avaya's IP telephony solutions enables its PacketShaper appliances to manage all IP telephony traffic to ensure the highest quality end-to-end communication on a per-call basis, resulting in predictable call quality comparable to a TDM environment. The PacketShaper family of appliances is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya S8710 Media Server, Avaya G650 Media Gateway, Avaya Converged Communication Server, and Avaya H.323 and SIP IP phones.
