Custom Brick Dealer to Offer Integrated Business-to-Business

E-Commerce Capabilities to Customers Via BuildNet Technology

Through the agreement, BuildNet will provide Packer Brick with access to and transaction capability from contractors' back-office systems, Web interfaces, and wireless devices to engage in the electronic procurement of building materials. BuildNet will also provide Packer with continuous brand identification on BuildNet.com, where Packer's name and logo will appear along with links to its catalog data and its own Web-site. Packer Brick's catalog data will include product photographs, codes, SKU numbers, and descriptions and will be built, managed and displayed using tools provided by BuildNet.
