:PFSD), the Clovis based Corporation specializing in waste water products and services, announced today that it has changed its Security and Exchange Commission auditor which was a result of the company's previous auditor being unavailable to complete the audit in the time needed. The new auditor has received all information needed to post the company's annual audit to the SEC within the week. Due to this change, the company will be late in filling its annual audit, therefore, during the extension period the free trading stock can be traded under the symbol PFSDE.

Pacific Sands, Inc. continues to be on track with testing of the Company's Industrial Wastewater Cleaning System.
