Pacer Health Corporation Reopens South Cameron Rural Health Clinic; South Cameron Rural Health Clinic Becomes First Medical Facility in Cameron Parish to Return to Full Service Following Hurricane Rita.

MIAMI, Fla. -- Pacer Health Corporation (OTCBB: PHLH), an owner-operator of acute care hospitals, rural medical centers and psychiatric care facilities, today announced the reopening of South Cameron Rural Health Clinic in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, after severe structural damage caused by Hurricane Rita forced the original facility's closure in late September.

The clinic's physical location had sustained sufficient damage to render it unsafe for the long-term provision of healthcare services, and a new facility has been established in Grand Lake at 786 Highway 384, Lake Charles, Louisiana 70607.

South Cameron Rural Health Clinic becomes the first medical facility in Cameron Parish to reopen at a permanent physical location since the second-most powerful storm of the 2005 Atlantic hurricane season devastated the area on September 25. Pacer Health management reports that as of today, all direct and support services at South Cameron Rural Health Clinic have been restored to pre-hurricane operating levels and all staff have returned to work on their usual schedules at the new facility.

South Cameron Hospital Rural Health Clinic is a medical out-patient center located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. It provides out-patient and doctor's office services to the more than 10,000 residents of Cameron Parish as well as the area's several thousand oil and gas exploration personnel, commercial and recreational fisherman.
