Pace University to honor Newmark's Barry Gosin.


Pace University will honor Barry M. Gosin, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of the commercial real estate firm Newmark Knight Frank, at its Leaders In Management Award Dinner April 25 at the Waldorf Astoria.

"For a hundred years, one of the university's primary goals has been to graduate first generation Americans. I am delighted to be involved with Pace, and to receive this honor," Gosin said.

In addition to being one of the top leaders in the commercial real estate industry, Gosin is a member of Pace University's Board of Trustees board of trustees Politics The posse of thugs who oversee an institution's administration. See Board of directors. , counseling the University on planning and operational issues as well as helping it raise money.

Honored Guest Speaker for the event is Lou Dobbs, anchor and managing editor of CNN's "Lou Dobbs Tonight Lou Dobbs Tonight is an editorial and discussion program on CNN, anchored by journalist Lou Dobbs, who is also its managing editor. The hour-long show is aired live on evenings every weekday, and repeated later at night. ."

The Special Master of Ceremonies is Roz Abrams, the co-anchor of "CBS (Cell Broadcast Service) See cell broadcast.  2 News at 5 PM' and "CBS 2 News at 11 PM."

Pace's annual event celebrates the continuing advancement of the University, recognizes the professional accomplishments and civic contributions of corporate leaders, and raises important funds to benefit scholarships and Pace's Center for Downtown New York.

The award ceremony, one of the "100 Conversations" on current topics that are part of Pace University's Centennial celebration, will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Waldorf-Astoria at 301 Park Avenue in New York City New York City: see New York, city.
