PUTTING ON THEIR BACK-TO-SCHOOL BEST.


On the first day of school I am going to wear a peach peach, fruit tree (Prunus persica) of the family Rosaceae (rose family) having decorative pink blossoms and a juicy, sweet drupe fruit. CHA students are enrolled in Grades K through Eight and Preschool. .

MEMO: NEXT WEEK: Labor Day Labor Day, holiday celebrated in the United States and Canada on the first Monday in September to honor the laborer. It was inaugurated by the Knights of Labor in 1882 and made a national holiday by the U.S. Congress in 1894.  is the last long weekend of summer. Many people go to the beach, have a picnic or visit friends and relatives. How do you plan to spend the three-day weekend? Draw a picture of yourself doing something fun.

Parents and teachers should make sure that the student's name, address, age and school are CLEARLY PRINTED on the letters and the backs of drawings. Pictures should be drawn using black or dark blue ink or dark pencil on white, unlined paper. Drawings must be no larger than a standard, 8-1/2-by-11-inch sheet of paper.

The deadline is Aug. 26, and letters will be printed Sept. 3. Letters received after the deadline cannot be considered.
