WASHINGTON - Tensions ran a bit high in the U.S. Capitol on Thursday between Rep. Gary Miller

Miller said he was taking his seat for a meeting between Schwarzenegger and California Republicans when the cameraman ordered him to move and physically pushed him aside.

Reporters and congressional aides witnessed what happened next: Miller, in the third-floor Capitol hallway, pushing the cameraman and challenging him to ``do it again, push me again.''

The cameraman walked away, at which point Miller told a second person, ``I'm not taking crap from a guy like that.''

The cameraman, who declined to give his name, referred reporters to the cable news network.

``It was an unfortunate misunderstanding,'' said Edie Emery emery: see corundum.
