1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup fruit juice

1 scoop whey protein powder

1 teaspoon ground flax seed

6 ice cubes

1/2 cup water

Combine the blueberries, juice, protein powder, flax seed, ice cubes and water in a blender and puree. You have a light, frothy drink packed with about 16 grams of protein. Pour into a glass. Makes about 20 ounces.
