PULSE HOT SHOES COOL FEET.

Sneakers for dancing on air, walking with ease and hoop-shooting with panache have already been designed.

Now Adidas is addressing the hot-smelly-sweaty-foot syndrome that we've sufered for years.

aThe shoe is called ClimaCool, a new type of athletic shoe that features a 360-degree ventilation system ventilation system Public health An air system designed to maintain negative pressure and exhaust air properly, to minimize the spread of TB and other respiratory pathogens in a health care facility  to maximize airflow to the foot. It's not only fashion-forward with its space-age design, but it allows the air to circulate around the foot while the vented, open-cell sock liner wicks away moisture to avoid blisters, fungus and overheating Overheating

An economy that is growing very quickly, with the risk of high inflation.

This Firm absolutely means business

This workout is definitely not for beginners. You need a fair bit of equipment - leg weights, barbell Barbell

A bond investment strategy that concentrates holdings in both very short-term and extremely long-term maturities. This is also known as the "dumbbell" or "barbelling.
, tall step, hand weights - and a fair bit of stamina. The Firm's Cardio Split ($14.95) is broken up into two workouts - upper and lower body (25 and 27.5 minutes, respectively). Take on the world and do them together for an intense full-body workout or recognize your limitations and your need to be able to move later and save a part of the workout for tomorrow.

The workouts consist of alternating segments of high-impact aerobics high-impact aerobics Sports medicine Aerobic exercise that stresses musculoskeletal tissues, joints HIA exercises Aerobic dancing, basketball, jogging, running. See Aerobic exercise, Exercise, Cf Low-impact aerobics.  and strength training. It's easier to get through when you don't have to do either for very long.

Steadfast Firm fans will tell you that earlier Firm tapes are better, and with my limited experience, I would have to agree. This new Firm tape looks like it is a compilation of other videos, with different instructors for each segment. I felt cheated. If I am doing the whole workout, I expect the instructor to do the same, even if it is only on the video.

But the Firm promises results in 10 workouts - and I believe it.

BUGS BE GONE: As the weather warms up, bug-bite season begins. So light the citronella citronella, common name for a grass, Cymbopogon nardus, the source of oil of citronella, used in perfumes and soaps and as an insect repellent. If you prefer the latter, one of the newest is Repel Lemon Eucalyptus, made from the leaves of the eucalyptus citriodora tree.

Successfully tested in a wildlife refuge in California during peak mosquito-feeding times (dawn and dusk) with only one bite (compared to 1,015 bites without), Repel Lemon Eucalyptus apparently works well, if you can tolerate the strong medicinal smell. The white cream will provide you with approximately eight hours of protection from mosquitoes and six hours of protection against ticks. You can find it at drugstores for $5 a tube.
