 PUGET POWER'S ANNUAL MEETING SET FOR MAY 12
 Puget Sound Power & Light Co.'s (NYSE: PSD) 1992 annual


meeting will be held Tuesday, May 12, at 10 a.m., in the John Danz Theater, 600 106th Ave. N.E., Bellevue, Wash., the company said today.
 On the agenda is the election of three members of the board of directors. Management reports will be presented by John W. Ellis, Puget Power's chairman of the board and chief executive officer; Richard R. Sonstelie, president and chief operating officer; and William S. Weaver, executive vice president and chief financial officer. Ellis and Sonstelie will be available to members of the media immediately following the meeting (around 11 a.m.). The media availability session will be held in the Puget Power auditorium, south of the John Danz Theater, at the northeast corner of Northeast Fourth Street and 106th Avenue Northeast.
 Members of the media are invited to attend the annual meeting and/or the briefing. To ensure quick access to these sessions, contact Melanie Granfors or Teri Van Duine at the telephone numbers listed below. Parking is available in the Puget Power parking lot.
 News media representatives should enter the John Danz Theater by the north door. Camera coverage is restricted to the outside of the theater prior to and during the annual meeting; however, access to the theater lobby and exhibits can be arranged immediately following the meeting. Camera crews may set up equipment in the Puget Power auditorium prior to the scheduled media briefing.
