PUBLIC FORUM : SIMI FIREFIGHTER CREDITS FAMILY FOR BEING HIS GREATEST SUCCESS.

I want to thank you very much for the (March 3) article regarding my career in the Fire Department.

However, I was remiss re·miss

Malfeasance is a comprehensive term used in both civil and Criminal Law to describe any act that is wrongful.

With regard to Mr. Laxdall's letters, I'll be brief. The difference between the recall of Elois Zeanah and her attempted recalls of Frank Schillo, Judy Lazar, Alex Fiore and Andy Fox is clear: She is guilty of malfeasance and breach of fiduciary responsibility. The others are not. No amount of hot air changes that.
