PUBLIC FORUM : OBEYING THE LAW MEANS KEEPING DOGS ON A LEASH.

About noon on Jan. 1 our two sons went to play basketball at Almendra Park in Valencia. As they walked toward the basketball court they observed three men and a girl shooting baskets on half the court. There were three unleashed and unattended dogs near the group.

As our sons walked over to the unoccupied half court to play, the three dogs started barking bark 1

Then the girl put the leashes on the dogs and took them away.

One of the men observed the bite and then commented to our son that he would be all right. The man said he was sorry and that he was from out of town. Then another of the men asked our son if he was all right, shook his hand and left.
