Many mega-congratulations are in order to our newly appointed judge of the Antelope Municipal Court, Judge Randolph A. Rogers.

During my personal contacts over the past three years with Randy Rogers, his special quality of qualifications has been supreme indeed, with his true manifestation of respect and esteem of individual dignity.

In my personal opinion, Rogers brings us those most important attributes of objective judicial competence - that of judicial knowledge, temperament, human relations human relations nplrelaciones fpl humanas , demeanor, attitude and honesty.

Memory serves me that during his wife's massive victory campaign as Antelope Municipal Court judge in 1994, I sincerely suggested that he, Randy Rogers, be a judge himself for all his excellent professional qualities. With his likable lik·a·ble also like·a·ble
