PTS Inc. Buys American Fire Retardant Inc.'s Interest in GLOVEBOX, Inc.

LAS VEGAS -- Will Now Own 100% of GLOVEBOX(R)

PTS, Inc., (OTCBB:PTSO) announced today that they have signed a Letter of Intent to acquire American Fire Retardant Corp.'s (OTCBB:AFRT) interest in GLOVEBOX(R), Inc.

PTS, Inc. has signed several licensing agreements in Asia for the GLOVEBOX(R). As a result, it recently negotiated in the purchase of GLOVEBOX, Inc. and now has entered into a Letter of Intent to purchase 100% of the company from American Safety Products Corp. and American Fire Retardant. The definitive purchase agreement will be signed and the closing of the transaction will occur within the next 90 days.
