PTS, Inc. has signed several licensing agreements in Asia for the GLOVEBOX(R). As a result, it recently negotiated in the purchase of GLOVEBOX, Inc. and now has entered into a Letter of Intent to purchase 100% of the company from American Safety Products Corp. and American Fire Retardant. The definitive purchase agreement will be signed and the closing of the transaction will occur within the next 90 days.

Mr. Peter Chin, President of PTS Inc., said, "I am excited that we have come to an agreement with American Fire Retardant Corp. and GLOVEBOX, Inc. This is a product that is needed in all hospital and healthcare facilities; and in most hospitality industries and manufacturing facilities.
