LDW-40 is recommended for use as an additive in aqueous paints to increase water repellency, as a lubricant on metal surfaces and as a performance additive in release agents to increase lubricity, according to the company. It is said to feature excellent thermal stability, exceptional chemical stability, superior lubricity and is water repellent. LDW-40 is available in a 2.2 lb. bottle or a 44 lb. pail.
