During a function here, the sets were given to linemen, cable jointers and other field staff in order to improve efficiency and enhance mobility for keeping the network in order and efficient. The wireless phone handsets will give the opportunity to field staff to keep close contacts with the operational heads for receiving messages about faulty phones and network of valued customers in the field. This facility of Wireless Local Loop (WLL See wireless local loop and PHS-WLL. ) handsets is in addition to bicycles, motorcycles and tool kits to field staff which had already been given to them. Speaking on the occasion Executive Vice President Jamil A Khawaja urged the BZNI staff to work with full devotion, zeal and zenith for customers care for image building of the organization. Each and every member among the field staff will be equipped with tool kits, Wireless Local Loop handsets, motorcycles or bicycles for enhancing the mobility in the field and increasing efficiency, he said.
