, music composition, literature and photography. The 1990-91 theme was "If I Had A Wish." Over 900 entries were judged at the national level. Two hundred thirty-nine entries were judged at the national level in the photography category.

Four Outstanding Interpretation winners - one for each art category - are selected. These students, along with one of their parents, received a trip to the National PTA Convention. Students receiving first, second, third place and honorable mention, received prizes, and all students whose entries reached the national level were presented with a certificate.

One $750 scholarship is awarded in each of the categories of literature, music, visual arts and photography. The scholarships are given to high school seniors to be used to further their education in literature, music, visual arts or photography.

The Reflections program is administered by state PTAs. Local PTA presidents must contact their council president or state office for details on procedures for participating.
