PSEA NEWS BRIEFING TO FOCUS ON BARGAINING

PSEA NEWS BRIEFING TO FOCUS ON BARGAINING
The Pennsylvania State Education Association-National Education

Association (PSEA-NEA) will hold its annual preschool news briefing, focusing on bargaining and educational trends for this school year, on Tuesday, Sept. 1, at 10 a.m. on the 12th floor of the Germantown Savings Bank Building (GSB), Belmont and City avenues, Bala Cynwyd, Pa.
While general information on statewide bargaining will be given, the emphasis will be on developments in the four (Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery) county suburban Philadelphia region. Information will also be presented on the new rules and regulation of Act 88 and how they impact contract negotiations.
The preschool news briefing has proven to be invaluable to media, not only for current information, but also for facts, figures, contact, etc., if contract settlement proves difficult once the school year begins.
CONTACT: Robert Strunk or Alf Nelson Jr. of the PSEA, 215-735-3098.
