PSC Opens Office in India; Extends Presence In South Asia.

(Nasdaq: PSCX), a leading provider of mobile and wireless systems, retail automation solutions and automated data collection products, announced today it has opened an office in New Delhi, India, to extend its presence in the South Asian market and enable the company to expand sales support to its strategic business partners there.

The company appointed Sachidanantham "Swami" Swaminathan to spearhead the new office and serve as South Asia Sales Manager.

Located in the U & I Center, the office is in New Delhi's prime business district at F-41 South Extension Part-I Ring Road. As product demand spreads in South Asia, PSC plans to increase its investment in the region.

Mr. Swaminathan brings 8 years of autoID sales experience in India to PSC. As South Asia Sales Manager, he will be responsible for sales growth in the region and enhancing PSC's relationship with the Indian government and local business communities. Previously, Mr. Swaminathan was Manager of Tech Projects for EAN.UCC, an autonomous organization under the Indian government that promotes a global business language for product identification and services to the Indian trade and industry.
