:PSC.) today announced that it has closed the sale of Recyclage d'Aluminium Quebec Inc. ("Recyclage") to Berzelius Umwelt-Service, AG ("B.U.S") of Duisburg, Germany, for approximately US$10 million, the majority of which will be used to pay down debt under the Company's term credit facility.

"PSC received good value for this business, which was not directly related to the Company's metals recycling operations," said Anthony Fernandes, Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
