Poskanzer Skott Architects has been selected by New Jersey Community Development Corporation (NJCDC) to design a new three-story, 10,000 s/f apartment building, Birch Street Birch Street may refer to:

 Apartments, in Paterson, N.J. The facility includes 15 units, 400 s/f each, which will provide housing for individuals with special needs in the local community.

Residents of the Birch Street Apartments will receive assistance in building life skills, preparing for employment, and help in dealing with disabilities. The goal is to give people a decent place to live, to provide assistance in navigating (networking, hypertext) navigating - Finding your way around.
