PRUDENTIAL TO PROVIDE RELOCATION SERVICES FOR KODAK

 ROCHESTER, N.Y., Oct. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) and Prudential Relocation announced today that they have agreed to have Prudential Relocation provide relocation services for Kodak employees in the United States.
 To serve the Kodak account, Prudential Relocation will open an office in Rochester. The timing and location for the new office have not been determined.
 A majority of the employees who currently staff Kodak's relocation department will be offered jobs with Prudential Relocation. Anyone who does not join Prudential will be eligible for redeployment within Kodak.

 Prudential Relocation, a unit of The Prudential Insurance Company of America, conducts 30,000 domestic and international relocation service transactions each year for more than 400 clients and their transferring employees and families.
