Charges also were filed against Kathryn Good, 52, of Winnetka, who is accused of leasing her chiropractic license to lend legitimacy to Chiropractic Care of Granada Hills, where four employees were arrested; Sylmar Chiropractic Care, also with four arrests; and Topanga Therapy of Chatsworth, with five arrests. Three employees of Sol Therapy of Mission Hills and 10 employees of Mia's Therapy of North Hills were also arrested. Charges include prostitution, residing in or maintaining a house of prostitution and massage without a license. Each count carries a penalty of up to 6 months in jail or a $1,000 fine. Authorities said many of the 27 suspects appeared to be immigrants. ``They hire immigrants that have a need of work, and sometimes they go and don't expect to do what they're doing, and they get trapped into it,'' said Deputy City Attorney Deborah Sanchez, supervisor for the Special Enforcement Unit.
