Distribution of plan assets to beneficiaries based upon a regular schedule.
 of the 1999-2000 property tax bills are now due. Tax bills paid or postmarked after 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10 will be subject to penalties. Taxpayers should note that these taxes are due even if they have not received a bill. Those who have not received their bills or have misplaced them can get a substitute bill at the Regional Office of the Assessor

A local government official who determines the value of a property for taxation purposes.

Notes:
Assessors are trained to determine the fair market value of property. The figures that they derive will be used to calculate future property taxes.
