PROGRESS IN PARK OPENING OF OFFICES AND WAREHOUSE CELEBRATED.Byline: Daily News LANCASTER - City officials joined businessman Arnie Rodio Jr. and civic leaders recently to celebrate the opening of a 62,000-square-foot warehouse and office building.
