Both events are scheduled to feature Wilson Goode Willie Wilson Goode (born August 19, 1938), was the first African-American mayor of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and served in that post during the bombing of the MOVE house in 1985. Although the events are separate from a city-sponsored celebration of King, they do fit in with Lancaster goals of trying to encourage more community involvement by its residents. The host church is led by Bishop Henry Hearns, Lancaster's mayor. ``Is a dream supposed to stay a dream or is it supposed to come alive?'' Hearns said, referring to King's historic ``I have a dream'' speech. ``I think it should come alive. That's how it came to be fired up in my heart.'' Justice Sunday was created in 2000 by the National Alliance of Faith and Justice as a way to honor King as an icon for change. The campaign is intended to mobilize mo·bi·lize v. 1.
