PRO SOCCER TEAM TO MAKE HISTORY WITH SAUGUS MATCH.

The Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California. It stretches through Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Its main population center is the city of Santa Clarita. The valley was part of the 48,612-acre (19,672.  will see its first professional soccer game Thursday when the Anaheim Splash The Anaheim Splash was a soccer team that played in the Continental Indoor Soccer League (CISL).

The Splash will play an all-star team of players college-age and older that is being assembled by The Master's College men's soccer coach Jim Ricker. The contest will be the Splash's first exhibition game of the season, which will start in June.

``It's just going to be an awesome game,'' Schauer said.
