(Alberta Stock Exchange: PZI PZI - Protamine Zinc Insulin ) Prize Energy Inc. (the "Corporation") announced today that it has entered into an Agreement with Canadian Natural Resources ("CNR") for the sale of ceratin oil and gas properties in the Worsley area of Northern Alberta. The transaction closed on April 28, 1995 and the sale price was $2,450,000. The net sale proceeds will be used to pay down the Corporation's credit facility. As a result of the disposition, the Corporation has decreased production by approximately 170 barrels of crude oil per day.
