) announced that the Company will solidify its position as the dominant information provider to the $59 billion fishing and hunting segments of the outdoor enthusiast market with a series of growth initiatives to strengthen existing brands and develop new media opportunities. Currently PRIMEDIA's brands in the fishing and hunting areas include In-Fisherman, the number one freshwater fishing magazine; Fly Fisherman one who fishes using natural or artificial flies as bait, especially one who fishes exclusively in that manner.

Fish Publications of Marietta, Georgia.

o The broadening of the hunting niche with the addition of North

American Whitetail, a deer hunting enthusiast magazine with a

paid circulation of 130,000 also part of Game and Fish

Publications.

o Expanding regional depth to PRIMEDIA's already popular fishing

and hunting Internet presence with sites including The Virtual

Flyshop (www.flyshop.com), In-Fisherman.com, Flyfisherman.com,

Bowhunter.com and FloridaSportsman.com.

o Developing additional television programming at the PRIMEDIA

Outdoor Enthusiast Television Studios in Brainerd, Minn. to

complement In-Fisherman Television, which airs on TNN TNN The National Network (formerly The Nashville Network)

o Organizing and expanding the network of PRIMEDIA-sponsored
