WHAT: Baha Mar Resorts is set to announce an unprecedented joint
venture with two of the top companies in hospitality and
gaming.
In a deal that will set new standards for the hospitality and
gaming industries, Baha Mar Resorts, Harrah's Entertainment,
Inc. and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., will
build, operate and co-own the one-of-a-kind Baha Mar.
The joint venture is the first partnership between the
Harrah's and Starwood organizations.
