PREP FOCUS: CAMARILLO-T.O. SHOWDOWN HIGHLY RANKED BASEBALL, SOFTBALL TEAMS MEET THIS WEEK.

No. 8 Camarillo (15-4) took last week off after playing eight games in 10 days.

--Time for a break: The Alemany of Mission Hills boys' volleyball team will take the next two weeks off. The Indians can use a rest after Loyola handled them Friday in a showdown of the top teams in the Mission League.

Alemany (12-2) got stuck in traffic on the way to Loyola and couldn't get moving once taking the court in a 15-5, 15-2, 15-5 loss. Both of the Indians' losses are to the Cubs.

``After this we need some time off. It's not so much a reality check because I really think we're much better than that,'' Alemany coach Jamie Quaglino said. ``The guys were getting tired.''
