PREMIER NATIONAL AUCTION FEATURES EMRO OFFICE COMPLEX

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio, Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Emro Marketing Company's former office complex north of downtown Springfield will be among 73 properties nationwide to participate in a first for the national real estate industry.
The building will be part of RealMart '93, a multi-owner national auction with over $500 million in assets offered at auction. The event is to be held in Dallas on October 7 in conjunction with the annual meeting of members of NAIOP, the Association for Commercial Real Estate. The event is expected to attract 1,500 domestic and foreign real estate investors, and will be relayed via interactive satellite to additional participants in Los Angeles, Miami, Boston and London.
The campus-style Emro Marketing Company building is located on a 10- acre site off North Limestone Street in Springfield and is the only Ohio property being offered in the auction. The auction catalogue, which has been produced to describe all of the properties, describes this building as a 28,700-square-foot facility of wood, brick, glass and exposed wood truss construction designed to maximize the views of the surrounding woods.
The auction will be conducted by the Grubb & Ellis/Ross-Dove Company Real Estate Auction Partnership. Tony Hannon of Real Estate Two in Springfield is the local contact and will show the property to interested parties. A Ross-Dove representative described this event as the premier non-governmental owned real estate related sale of 1993.
